At the end of June, multicultural producer John Tejada announced the imminent arrival of The Predicting Machine, his second LP for Kompakt, and has now decided to give us the exclusive first sneak peak of one of its 10 “modular” techno productions. In the player below, you can stream “The Function and the Form,” a rounded and powerful dancefloor jam that lies smack dab in the middle of the producer’s forthcoming new album. We don’t know about you, but the deep groove and melodic atmosphere that Tejada crafts here is more than enough to keep our interests piqued as to what the rest of The Predicting Machine will offer when it’s released on September 10.
