Imagined as an emulation of “what a rave sounds like the next day,” Tin Man‘s forthcoming Ode LP is now streaming in full on XLR8R. Set to appear next week via Absurd‘s Acid Test sub-label, Ode sees the Vienna-based artist continue to explore his own brand of melancholic dance music, blending subdued atmospheres with hypnotic rhythms and muted, acid-touched leads.

Composed of seven instrumental tracks—which are said to reflect “an exhausted joy, the aural equivalent of the stretch of time beginning when the last record is played and stretching on towards the doleful contemplation of last night’s unmade sheets”—Ode will also come with an accompanying CD featuring vocal versions of the LP’s cuts, all of which can be streamed via the player below. Tin Man’s forthcoming LP for Acid Test will see its official release on September 22; the producer is also set to perform at a handful of US dates later this month and into October, the full list of which has also been included below.

September 20 – L.A. [w / Joey Anderson @ States Of Being/Acid Test label night]
September 26 – S.F. [w / Basic Soul Unit @ As You Like It]
September 27 – Seattle [w / Efdemin @ High & Tight]
October 4 – NYC [w / Atom TM, Kink @ Output]
