The fast-growing Lobster Theremin label (an outpost we highlighted in our recent Labels We Love week) has revealed the details of two new EPs set to drop next week. Serving as the ninth installment in the imprint’s catalog will be the debut outing from sonofdistantearth, whose three-track Parachute EP is said to draw “from the epic, melodic techno of US artists such as Levon Vincent whilst evoking the desk-crushing saturation of the East Coast noise-techno scene.” At the same time, Lobster Theremin will also issue the Hypertext EP from Berlin producer Privacy, whose first showing on the label is described as “a spectral reminder of the power of the swung beat, with roaring synthesizer mechanics and industrial leanings all present and correct.”

Both Parachute and Hypertext are scheduled to land on November 12, but before Lobster Theremin’s next pair of EPs hits, both records can be previewed below.
