In the wake of last year’s II LP, Berlin techno veteran and Berghain mainstay Marcel Dettmann will soon be releasing an EP centered around album cut “Seduction.” The ambient-leaning track, which features a vocal contribution from Emika, has been fleshed out with five different versions for the new record, including remixes from Anthony Parasole, Ryan Elliott, and Deuce, the collaborative moniker of Dettmann and Shed. Accompanying the EP will be a short film, also titled Seduction, directed by Parker Ellerman. The record’s artwork, which has been posted below along with the complete tracklists for both the vinyl and digital versions of the EP, actually features a still from the film.

The Seduction EP will be released on May 26 via Ostgut Ton. In the meantime, Dettmann fans may wish to revisit his excellent XLR8R podcast from last summer.
