The third installment in Oneman's ongoing Solitaire mixtape series will land later this month. The past two editions of the series have served as platforms for the busy South London DJ and occasional producer to weave together a bevy of bass-loaded, hip-hop- and grime-informed tunes, many of which come as exclusives to the mix. The Solitaire Vol. 3 mix appears set to follow along that path, though Oneman has taken his role as a selector one step further by actually commissioning and helping facilitate—with the assistance of Red Bull Studios—a number of collaborations exclusive to the upcoming session. As a result, included on the mix will be collaborative tracks from Mumdance and Harlem R&B talent Tim Vocals, Mickey Pearce and Miami-based rapper Denzel Curry, Sinden and Oakland rap outfit Main Attrakionz, as well as Ryan Hemsworth and London MC Trim. In addiiton, new tracks from Tom Trago, Sam Timba, and Todd Edwards—who is reported to have turned in "his first garage track in years" for the mix—are all slated to appear on Solitaire Vol. 3.
The next edition of Oneman's mixtape series will drop as a free download on September 29. In the meantime, the aforementioned collaboration between Ryan Hemsworth and Trim, entitled "Difficulties," can be streamed below.
