First announced back in March, separate remixes of Moderat‘s “Bad Kingdom” from DJ Koze and Robag Wruhme are set to see a 12″ release later this month. Before the pair of reworks officially drops, both efforts are now available to preview.

Leading off the upcoming 12″ is Pampa boss DJ Koze, who takes “Bad Kingdom” (from Moderat’s II LP) into more ethereal territory, adding extra layers of pads and a good deal of glitched vocal processing to the mix. On the flip, Wruhme leads Moderat’s song into a bit deeper and more driving territory, which is balanced with soft touches of airy melodies. Set to drop this Friday, June 16, both “Bad Kingdom” remixes can be previewed below.
