While Raffertie‘s debut artist album is still a ways off, the UK producer and Super label head has announced the release of his second EP for Ninja Tune, Mass Appeal. The forthcoming effort is said to continue in the vein of his earlier Visual Acuity EP, presenting larger-than-life sonics arranged in a meticulous fashion. This time around though, the emphasis is more on subtle tweaks and the density of Raffertie’s soundscapes than the kind of hyper-energized productions which characterized his first Ninja Tune outing.
