Following on from the singular sound of 2012’s Neo Neo Acid, Tin Man is poised to release another melancholic acid album via Absurd sublabel Acid Test. The forthcoming effort reportedly emulates “what a rave sounds like the next day,” with its seven tracks suggesting “an exhausted joy, the aural equivalent of the stretch of time beginning when the last record is played and stretching on toward the doleful contemplation of last night’s unmade sheets.” The record follows on from a recent repress of his Acid Test 01 collaboration with Italian producer Donato Dozzy and is officially due out on vinyl on September 22, with an accompanying CD offering vocal versions of the LP’s original, instrumental tracks.
