After releasing what was easily one of the most anticipated albums to drop in 2012, UK trio The xx have just shared the official music video for Coexist‘s lead single, “Chained.” The excellently shot clip—which was both produced and premiered by The Creators Project—features loads of slow-motion footage, which mostly shows the three band mates submerging themselves in a large body of water as the sparse, downtempo pop song plays on.
